The iManage FileSite application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked its website, and although various products that have iManage in their name are available, the FileSite is missing.
This means you will have to get in touch with the developers in order to obtain additional information related to the availability of FileSite and its integration with 3rd party products.
When I launch Outlook sometimes I am asked if I want to link to a certain folder or calendar entry. I am not creating new folders or calendar entries and heard this maybe a key combination causing this and it does not happen every day. Does anyone know the answer?

You should avoid using or creating links if you don't have any purpose with them, even if the software is asking you. I haven't see any issues like these on the web, and no user ever encountered. However, you can try repairing the software from the Uninstall a program section in Control Panel. If you've installed a plugin or an application that works with Outlook, remove it and then close and restart Outlook a few times. I think this error is caused by a third party application on your computer. Close all the apps and then leave only the Outlook running.
